When problems occur

After you have redeemed your Gift Certificate, the funds will appear in your Gift Certificate balance. When you are ready to complete your next purchase, go to your Shopping Cart. At the checkout stage an extra box will appear showing your Gift Certificate Balance. Enter the amount to apply from the funds in your Gift Certificate Balance. If there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Balance to cover the cost of your purchase, you will need to supply a credit card for the balance, or remove items to bring your order value down. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Balance than the total cost of your purchase, the remaining balance will be left in your Gift Certificate Balance for future use.
