Recently promoted bank executive Katherine West is running late - again - as she bustles through her morning routine, dressed in a red skirt, silver satin blouse, pantyhose and black peek-toe pumps. She blows off the phone call from her assistant, laughing about her perpetual lateness. She is suddenly jumped by an intruder, who binds her to the bed and gags her with black duct tape. He leaves her with a warning "someone will be back for you shortly" which makes her struggle like crazy the moment he walks out the door.
Presently, the source of her troubles arrives - her rival at work, who was recently passed over for promotion in favor of Katherine (the boss' wife!). Ordered to make a phone call to her husband to open the vault, Katherine grudgingly complies under threat of a "long vacation". Retied into a hogtie, and regagged with cloth & tape, Katherine struggles vigorously after her tormentor leaves, her bare pantyhose-clad toes on full display.
