Ginger Higgins is a pushy neighbour who has started a petition against a local House of Domination. Dianne invites her in to discuss the matter, but Ginger is too ill-mannered to have a polite conversation. Deciding to teach her a lesson, leather-clad Dianne binds a now PVC-clad Ginger to a table and chastises her. Ginger complains, but is silenced with a ball-gag, and is eventually led away for more "lessons in civility."
