Katherine West is an officious, no-nonsense auditor from the IRS and she shows up at Imago Studios to audit the expenses claimed as deductions on the corporate tax return. Dressed in an uptight wool suit, complete with pantyhose and heels, hair tied back in a bun, and stern glasses, she imperiously demands to see the proof that the items purchased were indeed legitimate business expenses. First, she scoffs at the idea of hundreds of dollars spent on rope alone, so Ray offers to demonstrate to her the use in the business. She allows him to bind her securely, wrists behind, as well as her knees and ankles, and even chest ropes before she accepts that this is an allowable expense. While tied, she also questions the purchase of dozens of rubber balls - so she receives a demo of that as well - in the form of a ball gag!

Next, she inquires about custom iron work, sure it could only be used as a household decoration. Always eager to please, Ray cuffs her up in an iron yoke as well as dressing her in a full length leather coat and boots to demonstrate the legitimate clothing expense that was declared. He also adds a considerable amount of chain as well as a bit gag to demonstrate more purchases. Katherine is now struggling to maintain her professional composure but she is clearly beginning to find this audit much more pleasant than her standard run-of-the-mill paperwork wrangling!

Her final query (in the name of thoroughness of course!) involves the hundreds of rolls of duct tape claimed on the return. Katherine rather eagerly agrees to the demonstration of that item as well, and in fact settles into the office chair in her silky slip that was hidden beneath her professional suit for her very thorough taping. She is now clearly enjoying the restraint, giggling to herself as she pulls against her bonds to prove to herself that she is truly bound in place. Her bare feet joyfully bounce against the floor as she is gagged with multiple layers of vet wrap (another legitimate expense!) covered with more duct tape.

Satisfied with the results of her audit, she agrees that all expenses were indeed legitimate. However, she coquettishly warns Ray, before she departs, that it is highly likely that she will need to return next year for another "audit"!
